Shipping Refund Policy
EU ORDERS
Shipping in 1 or 2 working days. We do not guarantee this deadline in promotional periods; or out of stock situations. UPS Express makes the delivers from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6 pm and does not call before making the deliver.
Note: Deliveries made from 9am to 7pm. To receive the order is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs clearance and taxes, which will be charged once the order arrives in the respective non-EU country, in addition to the storage charges/customs clearences rates that may be due to the carrier company. These charges must be supported by the receiver. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their exact amount.
When the order arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the original delivery deadline estimate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To make a return of the merchandise you must always contact PAULO NUNES within 30 days after the date of acceptance of the package. The merchandise can not have been used, altered or washed and must have all original tags attached. To return the order, you must contact a carrier company that picks up themerchandise at your address and sends them directly to the address provided by PAULO NUNES. It is your responsibility to guarantee that the package arrives at PAULO NUNES.
If your package arrives at PAULO NUNES within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 15 business days. You will be notified via email, at the address listed on your account, when this transaction has taken place. You understand that we will not refund any duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.
